Modesto Project

The project started with tearing out the old interior and clearing the way for a cleaner, more functional layout. A raised wall was added to bring more dimension and give the design a clear focal point.

The new white plaster gives the interior a bright, fresh look. We added a baja shelf to give the clients a comfortable place to lounge.

Blue tile along the waterline and shelf adds a simple, clean touch of color, and the new concrete wraps everything in a neat finish. Overall, it turned out clean.
